WOMEN'S HEALTH

Finding the Right Support

A directory of trusted organisations, specialist directories and resources for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Wherever you are in the world.

Finding a healthcare provider who genuinely understands perimenopause and menopause can make an enormous difference. Not all GPs or OBGYNs have the same level of knowledge in this area. The organisations listed here maintain directories of practitioners with specific expertise, or provide reliable information to help you advocate for yourself at any appointment.

This directory focuses on organisations with verified clinical credibility. We have not included commercial clinics or supplement companies. Everything listed here is independent, evidence-based and free to access.
