The brands and products featured on this site are here because they have been reviewed against our criteria. No brand pays to be featured. Everything on this site earns its place on merit. Your recommendations help us find the businesses and people who deserve a wider audience.

We are looking for brands that meet our five criteria: genuinely clean ingredients or practices, honest and transparent labelling, no greenwashing, independently verified where possible, and accessible to a UK audience. Tell us who they are and why you rate them and we will review them properly before considering them for the site.

We are building a directory of healthcare providers who genuinely understand perimenopause and menopause. If you have found a doctor, clinic or service that has taken you seriously and given you real help, your recommendation could make a meaningful difference to another woman going through the same thing.

Our Research and Studies library is built from peer-reviewed science. If you have come across a study that you think belongs here, send it over. We verify everything before adding it and will credit you if your recommendation makes it onto the site.
Submit a research recommendation
Include the title, authors, journal and year of publication, and a link to the study if you have one. A brief note on why you think it is relevant is helpful.
