We welcome contributions from researchers, practitioners, writers and informed advocates. Here is what we are looking for and how to submit.
What We Are Looking For
We publish content on pesticides, PFAS, endocrine disrupting chemicals, food and nutrition, women's hormonal health, fertility and reproductive health, clean living and the science behind all of the above. If your work sits within these areas and meets our standards, we would love to read it.
Every claim must be supported by peer-reviewed research or verifiable primary sources. We fact check everything before publication. If you are making a claim, know your source.
This site is read by people without scientific training. Complex ideas need to be explained in plain, accessible language without losing accuracy. If you can do that, we want to hear from you.
We do not publish content that has been published elsewhere. Submissions must be original work written specifically for Purify The World.
We do not overstate evidence. Where the science is mixed or emerging, we say so. Where there is genuine scientific debate, we represent it fairly. We are not a wellness site that tells people what they want to hear.
Particularly for content touching on women's health, fertility and personal health decisions, we expect writing that is warm, direct and free of shame or alarm. Science and humanity together, not one without the other.
What We Do Not Publish
To protect the integrity of the site we do not publish promotional content, sponsored articles or content written on behalf of a brand or commercial interest. We do not publish content that makes health claims without evidence, advocates for unproven treatments or contradicts established scientific consensus without robust justification.
How to Submit
Send your submission or pitch to us by email. Include a brief description of what you want to write, your relevant background or credentials, and either a draft or a 200-word summary of your proposed article.
We aim to respond to all submissions within two weeks. We cannot guarantee publication but we read everything carefully and will give you honest feedback if your submission is close but not quite there.
